Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive business improvements and support data-driven strategies—all while working remotely during US working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for various projects.

• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development and technical teams.

• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and project recommendations.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to track business metrics and project progress.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation practices.

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical software.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in business process management.

• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams is preferred.

• Exposure to US clients or projects working in US time zones is a plus.

Working Hours

• Remote work with US business hours (EST/PST depending on project requirements).

• Flexibility may be required for meetings or project deadlines.

• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
