Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment/Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR operations and talent acquisition strategies. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the companys long-term goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and people management skills who can contribute to the growth and success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Identify staffing needs, forecast future hiring requirements, and create recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Maintain employee records, oversee payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and performance management reviews to support employee growth.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and career development.

  • Collaborate with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance workforce productivity.

  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and retention strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus).

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Recruitment Manager, preferably in a consultancy or corporate environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.


Experience

  • Minimum: 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Preferred: Experience in recruitment consultancy or HR services industry.


Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak recruitment cycles if required.
