Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies. You will work closely with our HR professionals to learn the end-to-end hiring process, contribute to candidate engagement, and help build a strong talent pipeline for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.

• Support in creating job postings, descriptions, and recruitment campaigns.

• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the talent acquisition process.

• Assist in employer branding and promoting job openings on multiple platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment and human resource management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with attention to detail.

Experience

• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home hours (4–6 hours per day).

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support if required for urgent hiring drives.
