Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Sales and Marketing) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and sales reports.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports to track marketing and sales performance.

• Provide actionable insights to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Perform competitor analysis and market research to support strategic initiatives.

• Create predictive models and perform forecasting to optimize campaign performance.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all reporting and analysis activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

• Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of databases.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain complex data in a simple way.

• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce is an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in sales and marketing analytics.

• Freshers with exceptional skills and project experience may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working hours with availability for team meetings during standard business hours.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of sales funnel metrics, lead management, and campaign performance tracking.

• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data sets.

• Skilled in report automation and data storytelling to support decision-making.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
