The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our Operations Analyst Program. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing HR and operational data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your work will directly support talent management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency by transforming data into meaningful reports and recommendations for management. Collect, clean, and maintain HR and operational data from multiple internal systems.
Prepare and analyze workforce metrics, including employee performance, retention, headcount, and recruitment KPIs.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management to support strategic decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and process gaps to enhance HR and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to align data insights with business objectives.
Support the Operations Analyst Program with ad hoc analyses, predictive modeling, and workforce planning initiatives.
Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and HRIS systems is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, operations analysis, or data reporting.
Exposure to HR or business operations in a corporate environment is a plus.
Internship or project experience in data analysis or workforce analytics is highly desirable for entry-level candidates.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for remote/hybrid work options).
Strong foundation in data interpretation and visualization.
Understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
