Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify business trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven strategic planning.

• Present clear and concise insights to leadership teams to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple platforms.

• Support business process improvements by identifying gaps and providing actionable recommendations.

• Work closely with IT and data teams to streamline data collection and integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and data analysis techniques.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related analytics role.

• Prior experience in creating dashboards, generating reports, and supporting business decision-making processes.

• Exposure to business intelligence tools and experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working schedule with the option for remote work based on project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of data modeling and business process workflows.

• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with database structures.

• Ability to identify key trends and translate data into actionable business strategies.
