Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Scientist / Data Analyst with SQL to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights for decision-making.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.

• Build dashboards, visualizations, and data models to support business teams.

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and reporting requirements.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.

• Support predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives as required.

• Document processes, methodologies, and data flows to maintain transparency and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with a strong SQL background.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, and manipulation.

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Knowledge of Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis and automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.

• Experience in handling large datasets and database management.

• Exposure to cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google BigQuery is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

• Standard office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data warehouse concepts.

• Ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear insights.

• Familiarity with machine learning basics and predictive analytics is a plus.
