Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst – Client Insights and Analytics to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting client-related data to drive actionable business insights. You will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate reporting, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance client experience and business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate client data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to provide insights for client engagement and retention strategies.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Monitor key client metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

• Present findings and actionable insights to management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advanced analytics techniques to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

• Experience with data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.

• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or client insights roles.

• Experience in client data analysis or customer behavior analytics is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Flexibility may be required for project deadlines and cross-time-zone collaboration.
