Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Disclosure Desk Administrator to join our remote team. This role is responsible for managing and ensuring accurate and timely mortgage disclosures in compliance with federal and state regulations. You will act as the key point of contact for all loan-related documentation, supporting the mortgage processing and underwriting teams to maintain smooth and compliant loan operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue initial and revised mortgage disclosures to ensure compliance with TRID and other regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to confirm disclosure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain updated records of all disclosure activities in the loan origination system (LOS).

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation before disclosures are sent to borrowers.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance policies and internal guidelines at every stage of the disclosure process.

  • Monitor loan pipelines to ensure that all deadlines and regulatory timelines are met.

  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required documentation and reports.

  • Communicate effectively with borrowers to answer questions regarding disclosures and loan documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other mortgage compliance regulations.

  • Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and mortgage processing software.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in mortgage operations, disclosure desk, or loan processing.

  • Prior remote work experience and knowledge of mortgage compliance workflows are an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, flexible Monday to Friday schedule.

  • Standard 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime during peak mortgage processing periods.
