Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Survey Callers to join our remote team. As a Work From Home Survey Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals, collecting responses for surveys, and accurately documenting data. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective respondents to conduct surveys.

• Accurately record and input survey responses into the database.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during calls.

• Meet daily or weekly call and data collection targets.

• Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Report feedback and escalate any issues to the team lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work with online survey tools.

• Strong listening skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• A quiet home environment with a stable internet connection.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in survey calling, BPO, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home schedule with part-time or full-time options.
