HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator & Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for candidates who are efficient, accurate, and motivated to handle large volumes of data while supporting various administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will ensure seamless data management, timely reporting, and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.

  • Operate computer systems and office equipment effectively to support administrative tasks.

  • Generate reports, charts, and summaries as required by management.

  • Maintain digital and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems.

  • Assist colleagues and management with software and data-related queries.

  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly data management tasks.

  • Follow company data security policies and best practices for handling sensitive information.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Typing speed of at least 35–40 WPM with high accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of database management systems is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in data entry, computer operations, or administrative roles is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday).

  • Flexible hours may be considered based on workload and performance.
