Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service issues.
Assist in improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
