Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Warangal. This role focuses on providing seamless backend support to our customers by managing inquiries, processing requests, maintaining records, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints received via email, chat, or ticketing systems.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to customer service metrics.

  • Assist in streamlining back-office operations to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of experience in customer support, data entry, or back-office operations is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday (Flexible shifts may apply).

  • Standard office hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
