Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Handling and Back Office Executive to join our Ajmer office. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of company records while supporting various administrative and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and maintain both physical and digital documents according to company standards.

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required by management.

  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and document retrieval.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
