Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a results-driven Remote Hotel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Tour & Travel Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel accommodations, packages, and services to travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators to generate new business opportunities.

  • Promote hotel accommodations, group bookings, and special packages to potential clients.

  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms to maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and promotional offers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless reservation processing and client support.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand to recommend sales strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, travel agency partnerships, or hospitality business development.

  • Strong knowledge of the Tour & Travel Industry, hotel booking systems, and online travel platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality marketing, or travel industry sales.

  • Experience in remote or virtual sales roles will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours based on client locations.

  • Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability for urgent client needs.
