Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to audio and video recordings and accurately transcribe the content into written text.

• Ensure grammar, punctuation, and spelling accuracy in all transcriptions.

• Follow specific formatting guidelines and client instructions.

• Conduct research on unfamiliar terms or jargon to ensure accurate transcription.

• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

• Review and edit transcripts for completeness and clarity before submission.

• Meet daily or weekly deadlines for assigned projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent listening and comprehension ability.

• Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 50 WPM preferred).

• Familiarity with transcription software and tools (training will be provided if needed).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience:

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in transcription, data entry, or content writing is an added advantage.
