Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Virtual Recruiters to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various roles across different industries. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple job openings.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability for various positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience (remote recruiting experience is a plus).
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Flexible work schedule with 8 hours per day (as per client requirements).
Availability to attend virtual meetings during business hours.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and social media hiring.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Analytical thinking for evaluating candidate skills and cultural fit.
