Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Virtual Recruiters to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various roles across different industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple job openings.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability for various positions.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience (remote recruiting experience is a plus).

  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible work schedule with 8 hours per day (as per client requirements).

  • Availability to attend virtual meetings during business hours.

  • Knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and social media hiring.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
