Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote E-commerce Support Executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

  • Handle escalated cases with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Experience
