In this role, you will provide exceptional support to online customers, manage e-commerce transactions, resolve queries, and ensure smooth shopping experiences for our clients customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Resolve product-related issues and provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and shipping.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Handle escalated cases with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Monitor and report common customer issues to improve processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Preferred: 6 months – 2 years in customer service or e-commerce support.
