Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service through phone, email, and chat support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. This is a fully remote position, and we provide all necessary equipment to help you succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up until resolution.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues and improvement opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

  • Good typing speed and proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with troubleshooting.


Experience:

  • Minimum: 1 year of customer service experience (Call center or remote support preferred).

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Flexible shifts available, including weekends and evenings.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
