Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Drivers to join our growing logistics and transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and secure delivery of goods to various locations while ensuring compliance with company policies and road safety regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles under the Non-CDL category to transport goods to designated locations.

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in proper working condition.

• Load and unload cargo while ensuring goods are handled with care.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.

• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company operational guidelines.

• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license (Non-CDL).

• Clean driving record with no major violations.

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.

• Good knowledge of traffic rules and local routes.

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of driving experience preferred, but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in delivery or logistics will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts available (Morning, Afternoon, and Evening).

• Full-time: 40 hours per week | Part-time options available.

• Weekend and holiday work may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.

• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps efficiently.

• Good problem-solving skills in case of route or delivery challenges.

• Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks.
