Key Responsibilities:

• Process bookings accurately, ensuring all details are confirmed and documented.

• Maintain knowledge of cruise promotions, loyalty programs, and travel policies.

• Handle changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests in compliance with company and supplier policies.

• Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction.

• Upsell additional services such as excursions, dining packages, and travel insurance.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer service performance targets.
