Job Summary

Airport Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Airline Stewardesses to join our team in Canada. Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, verify tickets, and assist them with seating arrangements.

• Deliver in-flight safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger requests.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following airline safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

• Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly travelers, children, and those requiring medical assistance.

• Communicate with the cockpit crew regarding passenger needs and any irregularities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (French or other languages) are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.

• Height and weight proportionate to meet safety standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation preferred, but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

• Long-haul and short-haul flights may require overnight stays.
