Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants in Canada. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining safety protocols, and creating a comfortable experience for all passengers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members during flights.

• Deliver top-quality in-flight customer service, including serving meals, snacks, and beverages.

• Demonstrate and explain safety procedures prior to takeoff.

• Respond to passenger inquiries, requests, and any onboard issues promptly and professionally.

• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage placement.

• Administer first aid and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with airline regulations and standards.

• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, including elderly, children, and disabled travelers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or additional languages is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

• Must meet physical requirements: good health, vision, and ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle diverse passenger needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Training will be provided for selected candidates.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

• Flight attendants work on a roster basis with variable hours depending on flight schedules.
