• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards as per airline policy.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule with shifts based on flight rosters, including weekends and holidays.

• Average working hours: 8–10 hours per shift (domestic/international flights).
