Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or aviation certifications preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in emergencies.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards as per airline requirements.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and long-haul flights.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Average of 40 hours per week, with flexible schedules for domestic and international routes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of safety and emergency protocols (training provided if required).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse groups of passengers.
