Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Cabin Stewardesses to join our team in Canada. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring passenger comfort and safety during flights. As a Cabin Stewardess, you will be responsible for creating a positive travel experience, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and representing the airline with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers with a friendly and professional attitude during boarding and throughout the flight.

• Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight briefings and enforcing safety procedures.

• Provide exceptional in-flight service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger needs.

• Assist passengers with seating, luggage storage, and special requests.

• Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies and handle medical or security situations according to company protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin during and after flights.

• Promote and sell in-flight products and services.

• Prepare and submit flight reports and documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Customer-service oriented with a positive, professional demeanor.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

• Must meet physical requirements (ability to lift luggage, reach overhead compartments, etc.).

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Average flying hours will depend on flight schedules and routes.
