Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience:
