Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or aviation preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and work locations.

• Professional appearance and grooming in line with airline standards.

Experience
