Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing order fulfillment processes, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately through online platforms and internal systems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track and monitor orders, ensuring on-time delivery and handling any issues promptly.

  • Update customers with order status, shipment details, and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and refunds in the system.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry related to order management.

  • Identify and escalate any operational issues to management for quick resolution.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and online tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems).
