Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a creative and skilled Photographer and Videographer to capture high-quality visuals that bring our brand and client stories to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, product shoots, and social media. This role requires a strong eye for detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional photographs and videos for various projects, including events, branding, and promotional content.

• Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

• Ensure consistency in visual style and quality across all content.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

• Edit raw footage and images using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

• Manage and organize media assets for easy retrieval and archival.

• Stay updated on the latest photography and videography trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio of previous work.

• Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color grading.

• Knowledge of video production processes including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Creativity and an eye for detail in visual storytelling.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional photography and videography experience (freelance or corporate).

• Experience in social media content creation, event coverage, or commercial shoots is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule based on project requirements.

• May include weekends or evenings depending on shoot schedules and deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong artistic vision and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of different shooting styles (portrait, landscape, product, candid, cinematic video).

• Ability to handle pressure and work in dynamic environments.

• Technical know-how for using drones, gimbals, and other advanced tools (preferred but not mandatory).
