Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assisting managers and employees with daily tasks, and ensuring smooth internal communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for management.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical).

  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Prepare expense reports, track invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Support HR and other departments with documentation and administrative tasks.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Experience

  • Minimum: 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

  • Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility available based on company requirements)

  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
