Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and organization. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, well-organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately.

• Organize and store goods in designated areas to ensure easy access and safety.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to maintain stock accuracy.

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and product damage.

• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing is a plus.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control practices.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) safely.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
