Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for multiple platforms (web, social media, blogs, ads, etc.).

• Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideas with the marketing team.

• Proofread and edit content to ensure brand tone and consistency.

• Research industry trends and competitors to generate fresh and relevant ideas.

• Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, and senior writers to deliver high-quality content.

• Maintain content calendars and meet strict deadlines for projects.

• Support the team with administrative and content-related tasks when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field (or in final year).

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization is a bonus.

Experience

• No prior experience required; internships, freelance writing, or portfolio samples are a plus.

• Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

• Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office (São Paulo) and 2 days remote.
