Job Summary

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that user-generated content on our social media app is safe, compliant, and aligned with community guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive, respectful, and engaging online environment for millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, and other media) in line with internal policies and community guidelines.

• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or abusive content in a timely manner.

• Report emerging trends, potential risks, and policy gaps to the moderation leadership team.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, speed, and consistency in decision-making.

• Provide constructive feedback to improve content standards and moderation processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Policy, Safety, Customer Support) to uphold platform integrity.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation tools and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to remain objective, calm, and professional when handling sensitive content.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms, online communities, and social media tools.

• Strong ethical judgment with the ability to apply company guidelines consistently.

Experience

• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, trust & safety, or customer support is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available (day, evening, night, and weekend coverage may be required).

• Full-time positions with structured schedules.
