Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, across online platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.
Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotions and campaigns.
Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to support management decisions.
Perform routine audits of the online store to ensure accuracy and quality of content.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
