Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Student Counsellor – Admissions & Career Guidance to guide prospective and current students through their academic and career pathways. This role involves providing personalized guidance, assisting with admissions processes, and supporting students in making informed career decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to students on academic programs, career options, and higher education pathways.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, and webinars to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to stay updated on admission policies and trends.

• Monitor student engagement and provide timely support and intervention when needed.

• Promote educational programs and services through online platforms, events, and campaigns.

• Address queries from students, parents, and stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resource, or related field (Masters preferred).

• Strong understanding of educational programs, career guidance frameworks, and admission processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, or educational advisory roles.

• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and academic levels is preferred.

Working Hours:
