Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Student Counsellor – Admissions & Career Guidance to guide prospective and current students through their academic and career pathways. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student engagement and provide timely support and intervention when needed.

  • Promote educational programs and services through online platforms, events, and campaigns.

  • Address queries from students, parents, and stakeholders promptly and professionally.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resource, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Strong understanding of educational programs, career guidance frameworks, and admission processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication platforms.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, or educational advisory roles.

  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and academic levels is preferred.
