Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support & Success Representative to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Track, prioritize, and resolve customer requests within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in CRM tools.

  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams for improvement.

  • Foster long-term customer satisfaction by identifying upselling or retention opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with customers.

  • Proficient in using customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.

  • Basic technical aptitude to understand and resolve software-related queries.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.


Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, customer success, or support-related role.

  • Experience in remote or international customer support is an added advantage.

  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech environments preferred but not mandatory.
