HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and expand our digital presence across various platforms. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.
Schedule and oversee posting calendars using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Track KPIs and create detailed performance reports for management review.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Experience in managing corporate pages and running social campaigns that drive measurable results.
Remote position with flexible working hours.
Standard availability expected during India business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) for collaboration.
