Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, managing, and maintaining accurate data across spreadsheets and databases to support our business operations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for accuracy in data handling. You will work in a collaborative virtual environment, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and updated in a timely manner.
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal databases.
Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.
Manage large volumes of data entry projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Perform data cleanup, formatting, and validation to ensure uniformity and completeness.
Generate reports, summaries, and data analyses as requested by management.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth data workflow and communication.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information.
Identify and report data-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management tools.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistent focus and precision.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Reliable computer and stable internet connection for remote work.
1–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles is preferred.
