Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile and desktop games using Unity and C#.

• Implement game functionality as per the design and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to achieve creative and technical goals.

• Optimize game performance across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, PC).

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, improve existing game systems, and ensure smooth performance.

• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and plugins when required.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in game development.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative gaming experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proficiency in Unity 3D engine and C# programming.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience with 2D/3D graphics, physics, animation, and UI development.

• Knowledge of mobile game optimization, including memory management and performance profiling.

• Experience with version control tools like Git.

• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in Unity game development.

• Freshers with strong portfolios or personal Unity projects are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

• Remote work from anywhere in India.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of AR/VR development and multiplayer networking is a plus.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Understanding of game lifecycle, physics engines, and animation systems.

• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the gaming industry.
