The Elite Job is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Support Technician to join our growing remote IT team. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Provide technical support to internal users via chat, email, or remote access tools.
Assist in configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN, VPN connections, and wireless networks.
Perform network health checks, diagnose connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems when needed.
Support the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Document network configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure network reliability and data security.
Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, protocols, and cybersecurity practices.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, etc.).
Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.

Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling options.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time).
