Escalate critical complaints to the appropriate team when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
