In this role, you will act as the front line for crisis handling—resolving high-priority concerns such as delivery mishaps, escalations, safety issues, and real-time delivery disruptions.

Monitor and respond to emergency delivery issues in real time
Assist customers and delivery partners facing urgent concerns such as delivery mishaps, service failures, or safety alerts
Initiate quick resolution while following Swiggy standard operating procedures
Escalate critical cases to specialized support teams or internal departments
Document every case accurately in the system
Maintain high response quality, professionalism, and service efficiency
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, delivery partners, and team members
Education: 12th pass minimum (Graduates preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm and professional during high-pressure or urgent scenarios
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not mandatory
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Quick learner with a customer-first mindset
Laptop or desktop with stable internet connection
