As a Complaint Resolution Coordinator, you will handle order problems, refunds, delivery concerns, and app queries while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Manage customer complaints through phone, email, and chat
Resolve delivery issues such as delays, missing items, wrong orders, or billing errors
Document every interaction accurately in the system
Follow Zomato support guidelines and escalation procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely complaint resolution
Maintain service quality and professional communication at all times
Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of computers and smartphone applications
Customer service or call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented while handling difficult or urgent cases
Self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Laptop or smartphone with stable internet
