Zomato is seeking Live Chat Help Agents to provide real-time customer support through online chat. In this work-from-home position, you will assist customers with order issues, app navigation, payment concerns, delivery status, and general inquiries—all through chat-based communication. Respond to customer messages via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Support users with order tracking, delivery delays, payment issues, and refund queries
Guide customers on using app features, menu choices, and account updates
Document chat conversations safely and accurately within internal systems
Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized teams when needed
Maintain high service standards, empathy, and problem-solving throughout interactions
Follow Zomatos defined processes, chat scripts, and service guidelines
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Strong written English communication skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile apps
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Calm, patient, and solution-focused attitude
Laptop/desktop or smartphone with stable high-speed internet
A quiet and disturbance-free workspace
Ability to log in on time and meet assigned service schedules
