Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
Assist users with account access, system navigation, password resets, and basic troubleshooting steps.
Escalate advanced technical issues to senior support teams following established procedures.
Document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately in the internal system.
Monitor open tickets to ensure timely updates and closure.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance user experience.
