HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Overnight Ticket Support Professional to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket resolution in the system.

  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure knowledge sharing and consistent service quality.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Overnight shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (timings may vary based on client requirements).

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones is preferred.
